Application to Host Sanctioned Events

This form is to be submitted when a CHSAA Member school is hosting a tournament and/or invitational, comprised of four or more schools in all sports and activities. Please refer to Article 26 of the Constitution and Bylaws and the "CHSAA Guidelines for Submitting Sanctioned Events" for further information.

If you are seeking approval to host a state qualifying track and field meet, you must also submit the Track & Field Sanction Form.

NOTE: All events seeking approval that include ONLY CHSAA Member Schools are automatically approved and you will not receive additional follow-up from CHSAA Office.

Acknowledgment*We have read the CHSAA rules and regulations (Article 26) regarding sanctioned events and agree to conduct the event in accordance with these rules. We understand that although assistance may be secured from an outside organization, the management of a sanctioned event must remain with the CHSAA member school. Further, no sanctioned event can occur on Sundays or during the Winter Vacation Practice-Competition Prohibition period.

NOTE: Individual schools being invited to participate in your tournament and/or invitational should be under written contract prior to submission of this form to the CHSAA Office for approval. * List below the schools which have been invited and have signed a written contract to take part. Indicate if the schools are from outside of Colorado.
